I can't find the third edition in book or eBook. Where or when it will be available??

the title is perfect. essential!

I am gen 2 in the middle of succession and this book will help my business for the next 30 years. I found many topics extremely useful and I'm confident it's recommendations and tools will take the business to the next level. This book will be a mandatory read for all of my managers.
