This was perfect! I’m new to the inner workings of Supply Chain
As a start up entrepreneur in sales and distribution for a physical product, this was an absolute gem. The chapters and topics were to the point and factual based on case studies. For anyone looking to start in distribution I would highly recommend this book. There’s so much to learn through life experience but this could be a great companion for any start up distribution company or entrepreneur. I would listen to it one more time.

Fairly repetitive
While there are definitely some useful sections throughout the book, it tends to be buried under a repetitive structure of setup and summary that makes listening to the entirety a bit predictable and boring.

Great business book
The strategies and key points are powerful and important for any business. I plan to use many of them in my current and future endeavors. The story itself gets a little too repetitive in some areas and loses focus near the end. Otherwise a great book and highly recommend.

Actionable insights to leverage supply chain
Great insights into how we can leverage supply chain and sourcing organizations to achieve business excellence. This book has a lot of real world examples and experiences of the author's line of work, instead of theoretical concepts and frameworks. The narrator had an excellent voice to keep me engaged throughout the book. Would be cool if there was a summary of key takeaways at the end of each chapter. Look forward to more interesting books from Suman Sarkar.
