Story
If you’re struggling to stay on top of your to-do list, you probably have a good reason: anxiety, fatigue, depression, ADHD, or lack of support. For therapist KC Davis, the birth of her second child triggered a stress-mess cycle. The more behind she felt, the less motivated she was to start. She didn’t fold a single piece of laundry for seven months. One life-changing realization restored her sanity—and the functionality of her home: You don’t work for your home; your home works for you.

A must listen
This book proves that simple living is for everybody! anthony uses her own experience as a wife and mother to help each of us shape our own minimalist lifestyle - no matter the size of the family or home! Her writing is clear and light, making the idea of removing clutter and distraction doable and fun. As a mom of small children, I appreciate her ideas for incorporating minimalism into parenting and raising kids with gratitude and generosity in the forefront of their minds. I am so thankful for this book and recommend it for anyone interested in minimalism.

It is quite likely you answered yes to all these questions. Life ain't easy, that's the truth. But we make it even harder ourselves with unnecessary and unimportant stuff. There's a great list of prompts at the end of the book that will help get your creative juices flowing. These prompts will also be very helpful in exploring different feelings, behaviors - all the better for more self-discovery.
