Excellent!

Amazing insight on health issues, more than I expected, beautifully written. I was really surprised with all the valuable information, it’s obvious that is not a book just about essential oils.

Very informative but anxiety inducing

This is a great book but I think I’m going to enjoy reading it more than listening to it. It feels like a marathon at times. For example I wondered when the list of benefits of melatonin were ever going to end. Reading it at least I could kind of skim ahead and I’d know what I was in for. The long list of negative effects without any mention of remedy in the beginning is quite draining and made me feel a bit hopeless. I was getting bummed out and had to stop listening to it at first. The accompanying PDF has no recipes and that’s a major disappointment, so I think for sure I need to get a hard copy.
