One of the best books I've read in a Long time!!

Would you listen to Against the Ropes again? Why?

I would definitely listen to this book again. This was such a good book I couldn't put it down. The story line was romantic, exciting and not what I expected at all. Well worth every penny or credit you have.

What other book might you compare Against the Ropes to and why?

Bella Andre books are very close to the storyline in this book. So steamy, hot and kept you on the edge of your seat the whole time just like Bella's books.

Have you listened to any of Lucy Rivers’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have never listened to Lucy Rivers before but because of her excellent reading, this made the book for me. She knows exactly when to heighten the narration and when not to. This really makes a difference.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It made me cry when Max & Makayla split up when he left her in her bedroom alone.

Any additional comments?

I normally don't praise a book this much but this book is well worth the credit and I am so glad I purchased it. I hope Sarah Castille writes more books like this one. I could not put it down because I didn't want to miss anything and I couldn't wait to hear what was next. I couldn't get enough. I want more please!!!

Good but sometimes silly

This was a good listen but sometimes was a little silly. Yes I laughed but also said "really?" I guess the author didn't want to keep it too serious the whole time because it did have some very emotional and serious parts. Overall it was a good book/listen and I liked the narrator .

So Sexy and Fun

I never know to go with another book from a series I'm listening to or taking a chance on someting new. So I took a chance and I'm so glad I did. This one has great characters and narration. I find myself grinning in places and also loving the steamy sexy parts. This is a great listen. I will be looking for more books from this author and hopefully more from other characters in this book.

Another phenomenal Sarah Castille book. I loved the narrarotors and the characters. Who doesn't love a hot alpha male fighter?

I loved the story .. Makayla got on my nerves & was annoying.. I did love Max. I really enjoyed the story and didn’t want it to end..
