Equanimity one of the few books that I can listen to endlessly over and over again to fall asleep, or just to ease my mind during the day, I adore Brams voice he has the most peaceful sound, the most beautiful diction, lovely man wonderful meditation, five stars in every way

Wonderfully done. Very relaxing and reminding you of when you have handled problems calmly and successfully to assure you that you can overcome current problems.

I love this. The narrator's voice is quiet and calm. The message is sensible and soothing--how to relax the body and the mind. I like that he says we cannot control what happens. He's not up tight about how meditation "must" be done. Only 11 minutes, it helps me relax towards sleep.

A Wonderful Meditation for Bedtime

I listen to this meditation since months. It helps me to fall asleep very fast. A lot of times I am asleep before it finishes. His voice is pleasant. Relaxing, calming meditation which I recommend!

Great meditation

I find this meditation really effective when intrusive thoughts are preventing me from relaxing into sleep. I find the tone, energy, and cadence of Bram’s voice to be pleasant, safe, and soothing. The practice, as he guides it, of shifting awareness to our sense of sound is a tried and true method, and I find it easier to do with his gentle guidance. I’m grateful to have access to this practice.
