Helps tremendously with my writing

I am an amateur writer but have published one ebook, planning on publishing more in the near future. This audio-book has helped me tremendously in improving my writing. I am not a native English speaker, so I'm constantly learning and hopefully improving my English skills.

I have bought a lot of grammar books in my life but this one was one of the best organized and readable ever. Hands down. I have been using it often since I purchased it. This audio-book is huge!

This is a very comprehensive audio-book, a superset of everything I have listen to on English grammar so far. Quizzes at the end of every chapter are very helpful. I recommend this audio-book primarily for intermediate and advanced learners.

Lissie Bradach is a great teacher. You can really tell that she cares about you and wants you to excel with your grammar skills. I learned a lot from this.

Indispensable

Though it admittedly takes concentration and is dry, which was expected :), it is an amazing resource. I am certainly no grammarian and I dote on Spellcheck, but it has everything! It is awesome. I use it to confirm why it feels like a sentence structure should be right or else instructs on how it should be. Explains directional words. I really would recommend this audio-book.

I’m happy to find that the Complete English Grammar Rules by Farlex is exactly what it says: the complete English grammar rules.
The audio-book always outlines what is or was commonly thought of as “correct” or “proper” that has now become uncommon in day-to-day English, showing clear examples of both. An indispensable resource for those who write for a living!

Great for compact review!!!

This audio-book is an amazing little guide. I have a rudimentary grasp of grammar and I have questions about it constantly. This book has all of those answers in a nice, neat package. I am now going to tear apart my own review and learn what I did wrong. I love this book!!!!

Excellent topic in this book.

All too often, an author of an English grammar book does not include the very fundamental knowledge and insights of the history and development of the English language in his or her book. Well, that is not the case with this book. I bought this audio-book because the author provided a clear and concise delineation of the history of the language.
