Cough cough cough

I couldn’t make it 10 minutes. There is a very persistent and loud coughing from someone in the crowd.

Was looking for how/why rather than what.

Maybe I expected too much from 30 minutes. I really like the author (and reader's) soft, quiet, peaceful voice. However, I still didn't catch some of the words he spoke. I was looking for an introduction to Mindfulness to know where to go for further enlightenment. I didn't feel like I got what I needed to choose wisely. Perhaps others are concerned about rating such a topic poorly for fear of repercussions from nature but despite being quiet and restful while listening, I was disappointed in the content and the performance. I didn't learn anything I didn't already know and I doubt anyone would learn anything at all even if they knew nothing. It seemed to be a 25 minute definition without the substance of why or how. Perhaps the whole thing was less satisfying due to the continual COUGHING in the background. It was very distracting.

Simple Practice

I am almost aiways brought to tears by the love and peace in the teacher's voice. A simple teaching that if followed would bring peace to the practicing body and to those around us.
