Publisher's summary

Menstrual Suffering is an accepted and normalized problem that a majority of people with uteruses face during the menstruating years. Though common, the effects of people living with Menstrual Suffering on a long-term basis are highly consequential. People who deal with menstrual pain generally receive medical help in the form of symptom management, which fails to treat the cause and leaves the reproductive organs to degenerate, which can result in long-term consequences like ever-increasing pain and cycle irregularity, decreased fertility, hysterectomy, and the prescription of psychiatric medication, as well as the compounded health complications that result from reproductive system disorders.

Ending Period Pain the Easy Way by Christine Marie Quigless is based on the white paper that sets out to define the causes of Menstrual Suffering and the means to treat the causes and thus highly diminish period pain, PMS, inconsistent menstrual cycles, and the symptoms of graduated disorders through the risk-free and physical-intervention-free process supported by the Fierce Gentleness™ framework.

Ending Period Pain the Easy Way also includes a discussion of how the framework affects the shift from menstrual disorder to menstrual order and gives a sample of results through case studies.

Unique Genius

The author gives accounts of personal experiences and that of research and of first-hand experiences with clients of her own which led her to both scientifically and intuitively finesters to women's health that were not previously thought of by the mainstream Medical industry. Her perspective is unique in that she trusts her gut & intuition to lead her to solutions that could later be proved by science. I appreciate this method deeply, as it's often looked down upon, and as a result minimize & even eliminates possible & more holistic solutions to body health & wellness

Not sure

Not sure what I was listening to. It felt like an advert for something else, as opposed to practical tools, as I had hoped. Maybe I didn’t read the blurb in full?
