Perfect!

Perfect for fighting off my negative limiting thoughts and transferring me into a happy positive mood with uplifting mantras. I really enjoyed the calming background and narration. I look forward to seeing what daily use of these affirmations and mantras can do for me. Highly recommend.

Felt good when I woke up!

Listened to this book to help me drift off. Really liked it as the narrator has a lovely, calming tone and the affirmations helped calm me down after a rough few days. Great idea for a book and beautiful listen.

Let's make a strong mindset!

It is an amazing book for everyone. As this guide will really helpful in balancing self doubts. If you want to balance your depression and mind unstability then its a worthy reading.

It is a well written book which motivates you to believe in yourself and give you confidence to accept the reality.

Great book to guide you thru the day!

With today's troubles, pandemics, military actions, ect., it's no wonder we are all feeling a bit shaken, tired, and deflated. This book is full of useful affirmations to help guide the way of thinking to a more positive and brighter outlook. The guided meditations are super helpful and full of useful tricks and thoughts to help get you thru a rough day. I like listening to this book on my breaks at work.

Start your day with encouragement for yourself

I start my day each morning with this book and a cup of coffee. This book helps me to start my day with positive thoughts, so it helps me to focus on important tasks for the day. It helps to make my day to be more productive and less nervous. I recommend this book to everyone who wants to make positive progress in their life.

I love this Book!

I am a firm believer in the daily use of positive affirmations to get the best out of myself and create powerful and positive energy in myself and my surroundings. I am always seeking out new ways to increase the depth of my connection with the positive in life, and this book delivers the goods. This book is relaxing and well read by a narrator with a voice that is easy to listen to but that is not distracting you from focusing. The positive guided meditation in this audiobook is perfect for both beginners and more experienced individuals with meditation practice. I found the length perfect for me to divide into a morning segment and an evening segment without repeating content. The creators of this volume know what they are doing, and I am sending them positive energy so that this message will reach more people who need it! Excellent!

Exactly What I Needed!

This is just what I needed! Pages and pages of affirmations and positive words! We live in a world, and in our own minds (bleh!), in a time when positivity often times gets missed! Whether we are watching the news or just thinking something ridiculous in our own minds, we are bombarded by negativity. I appreciate this book, and I'm going to try to listen one of these each week, post it on my wall and repeat it to myself. It's a wonderful thing to remind ourselves of these things!
