very generalistic

This audiobook is very shallow and general in its advice it is hard to really apply anything described in this book just by listening to this book.
The narrator has done a good job in reading this book in good pace and pitch.
Maybe a good book to introduce someone completely new to the topic but certainly not one to apply techniques in real life.
