Publisher's Summary

Drawn to Seattle by the pull of black magic, Ella brings her wrath. A trail of blood and violence is left in her wake.

By chance, Parker Devareau meets Ella while rushing home to get behind the safety of her Full Moon Bars on a full moon night. Parker can see, hear, and feel things that no ordinary person can. When Ella saves Parker from a breach of the protective city walls caused by the druids, Parker sees something beyond the impression of a schizophrenic with multiple personalities who is constantly talking to someone who is not there. And the truth breaks her heart.

The women stand together with the Red Hood and Gretta Snow to save the people of the city who perceive them all as monsters.

Gotta love the brash!

Two of my favorite characters in this one. Well, maybe 3 of my favorite. Ella is just a total gas to hear brought to life by Hollie. Not to mention Parker and Marie being a perfect counterpoint to the earthquake or maybe mega-earthquake that is a fired up Ella.

Strength, Heroism & Friendship

It’s nice to read a dedicated lesbian urban fantasy story that includes action, sarcastic humor, friendship, love & a little sizzle. These women are all strong yet not-so-perfect heroes that rise to protect the community despite the inherent racism of the population.

Loved it

I really enjoyed listening to this audio version of this story. The narrator does a lovely job of bringing the characters to life. It's sad that we won't get to hear anymore of the story's, hopefully this is not the case.

Amazing story and a beautuful narration

It was an amazing story. It's my favorite from the urban fairytales series and the narrator did it justice. I loved the many different accents that were in the story and how good the narrator performed them!
