The book will help guide you through the best way to get your kids on the right track with food.

Story
Many horse trainers, even those who espouse the so-called natural horsemanship approach, take the position that horses who fail to obey a human's request are doing so as much out of perversity as ignorance. That's not Mark Rashid's view. In his words, "If we understand that horses can't separate the way they feel from the way they act, then we can start to see that unwanted behavior isn't bad behavior at all. More times than not, it's just the horse expressing the way he feels at that particular moment in time....

Informative and helpful
This book about cast iron care is incredibly informative! The author did a fantastic job of explaining proper cleaning techniques. I had no idea that different types of cast iron require different cleaning methods, but the book broke it down in an easy-to-understand way. The section on the different types of cast iron was interesting, and I had no idea there were so many varieties out there. It was helpful to learn which type would be best for different types of cooking.
Lastly, the book covered different cooking techniques for cast iron, which was helpful for someone like me who is still learning how to use it properly. Overall, I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to improve their cast iron care skills.

Absolutely interesting
Who knew taking care of cast iron could sound so interesting? The author delves into the basics of caring for cast iron pots, etc. I had no idea that seasoning also had an effect, and it was so interesting to learn something new. I had an inkling on cleaning cast iron, but the author provides such easy-to-understand tips that make it sound less daunting. I will now start pulling out my pot more often. This was a great guide to put me at ease.

Great Detail and Bonus Recipies
I found this very enjoyable and informative. Coming from a family of cast iron users, the comments about people being set in their ways really struck a chord. I am glad to hear that some of my long-taught "facts" are not so, Like using soap and water and using even a bit of anything acidic. I really liked the tip about cleaning your pan in a self-cleaning oven. This will give anyone not familiar with cast iron cooking all they need to know
