Book four in the Ship series, Earth, is two stories occurring in the same place but at different points in time. The first timeline starts seven years after a man-made plague appears to kill everyone on Earth. Six Technical Force survivors struggle to discover what happened to everyone. They must defend themselves against Ice Age animals and an unknown human enemy that also survived. They established a new home in Oregon where future generations of children spread their exploration throughout the United States.
The second timeline covers the events after Jake McDonald returns to Earth more than a hundred years later. He discovers that some people have survived, both friend and foe. Their oldest son, Brad, is responsible for restoring Earth, while the transplants from Mars and the remaining crew from Meg, Jake’s ship, have set up communities on the smaller islands in the Pacific Ocean. Chapters alternate between the two timelines as they eventually come crashing together simultaneously.

The almost possiblity of events.

This is a pleasant story with intrigue, drama and family struggles. Enjoying reading the series.

loved the whole series

This is the fourth book in a 6 book series and I love them all. The more I listened, the more I want.

Not as good as the first three

The flow of this book in the series doesn’t flow as good as the first three books. The female narrator doesn’t flow like the male voice!

Virtual voice is lifeless

Listening to the entire series. Virtual voice really spoils it. Silicon based voices have a long way to go before they can replicate carbon based voices.
