Dying to Live is the captivating true story of Bryn Elliott, whose life was marked by trauma, abuse, addiction, rape, rebellion, and the tragic murder of her older sister, Abbe. Once hopeless, alone, and wishing for death, Bryn candidly shares her journey of overcoming the enemy to experience a life transformed by the Savior.
Where drugs had been Bryn’s only source of comfort, leading to further abuse and self-destruction, God’s constant pursuit slowly began to take hold. After years confused by lies that she was broken and her life irredeemable, God rescued Bryn from darkness, revealing her true identity as a child of God.
Today, Bryn’s testimony declares God’s love to a generation marked by depression, addiction, and a total loss of identity. Her story shines light on the darkness and gives hope to the weary. For those who have struggled with addiction, abuse, and severe personal loss, Bryn’s experience gives purpose to their pain.
This two-part book invites listeners into the most vulnerable parts of a daughter’s journey to freedom, and then offers practical insight, wisdom, tools, and encouragement toward an intimate relationship with Jesus. A surrendered life might not always be easy, but it will always be worth it.

Heartbreaking and inspiring at the same time
Hearing the pain and events that Bryn went through was heartbreaking to me as a father of two daughters. Bryn doesn't pull any punches - she just tells her story like it is with very little exaggeration or hype.
Yet it was so inspiring to hear how things turned around for her and to hear how quickly things can change out of tragedy into something so hopeful.
So many people are caught in the trap of drugs to medicate their emotional pain. I hope and pray they can hear Bryn's story and receive the hope and encouragement she offers.
