Where do I start?
Technically, it could have been worse. My visit to the dragon enclave could've ended with me being eaten. Somehow, I survived—with a few new bruises—and now, all I want is to go home. Back to Twenty-third Street. Back to my house, my cat, and my grumpy gargoyle roommate.
But nothing is as simple as it used to be. My store is in shambles, the man who might just be my mate has disappeared, and every bounty hunter in Oklahoma seems to want a piece of my hide—literally. Great characters
It was a great story, very entertaining. The characters are really well done. Some sad, some funny parts. No steam but there’s a romance story built in there. Love love love the narrator.

I enjoyed them
I liked the story line, nice plot & twist & turns. I feel like the author put to many "filler" characters in it, can be kind of confusingvwhen random ppl appear & your trying to figure out if their the good guys or bad. I loved Chicken. Over all nice books

Love the story but….
I did really enjoy the story, but the idiocy of the FMC throughout the entire series is enraging. She’s just a naive moron who doesn’t seem capable of learning when it comes to those around her. The fact that she- AGAIN- gave her fake aunt another chance and was surprised at being betrayed is mind boggling.

This last book in the trilogy was Awesome! The narrator did a fantastic job with all the different voices.

I was looking for a new series to listen to tried these and really enjoyed it needless to say I'll probably be listening to more books form this author.
