The homey story I didn’t know I needed

It is a sweet and slow narrative of a Texas woman caught up in complex emotions of womanhood, motherhood, self awareness, and individuality. Despite the complications, Bennett conveys a feeling of peace and grounded simplicity. The reading wasn’t professionally done, but that makes it all the more homegrown and raw. I finished listening to it in a few days. Today, I’m playing it over like a song while I cook my Sunday breakfast. Thank you for sharing this with the world.
