Easy to follow

Easy to listen to & follow. Great ideas which I look forward to trying. Worth a listen.

Narration too monotone and robitic

As advertised, a quick-start overview of investment options. Would have preferred different narrayas it was monotone and borderline distracting, I had to work a little to focus on content vs delivery.

Eh...

Pros: Good information without all the BS and sales pitch at the end like you find at any seminar or webinar. A lot of helpful information for the beginner investor. Nice inspirational author success story at the beginning.

Cons: Really the same information you can obtain for free all over the internet. Blog's, podcasts, forum's, YouTube, etc

Great book

If your looking to get in to real estate and you don't have any money or good credit. This is a great way to learn the business, make some cash.

Worth 50 minutes of your time

Start at chapter 4, the self promoting at the beginning was enough to make me gag.

Great book!

For such a short book, this book was great and I learned more than I would with most long books. No fluff, straight to the point.

Reread over and over

this book is a must-read. I have read it over and over and over and over again. And will read it over and over and over again until I did everything down set.
