Amazing

Did want to get out of car. wanted to keep listening. at one point the story was so riveting my 35 minute drive was over in what felt like 5. I've always enjoyed MHCs books.

Engaging

Kendra is amazing, she isn’t predictable, she’s intense and talented. All the characters are very interesting. It’s a fast action book without always something going on that keeps you engaged. Finally Lynch and Kendra hit the sack. LOL! Of course all the fans wanted this already. Can’t wait to read the next book in line. Great book series

I so enjoy the Kendra Micheals series! This book was no exception. I definitely recommend.

This series is by far my favorite of Iris Johansen’s books. I love the characters, the mystery and the intensity. I’ve followed the characters from day 1 and they continue to develop and “meld”. Start from the beginning; don’t miss a moment in their lives, relationships, and investigations!

…But the story line…Not so much. It felt RUSHED. The ending not believable either. Im still a fan.

A very exciting book

I love this series probably better than the Eve series. I think it’s great that Kendra sees so much more than the others because of her past. I was a little disappointed that we didn’t see more of her & Adam’s relationship progress. It went a step farther than before but not enough. I think Iris is afraid to write romance anymore. Still a big fan, I’ve read or listened to everything she’s done & those with her son like this. I can’t say enough good things about narrator Elisabeth Rodgers, she is amazing. She makes it sounds like many are narrating.

KENDRA IS BACK!

I LOVED THE BOOK AS I LOVE ALL IRIS JOHANSEN BOOKS, BUT I GAVE IT A 4 STAR BECAUSE IT WAS NEVER CLEAR TO ME WHY THE WEDDING PARTY; THE LYNCH-KENDRA THINGS NEEDS TO JUST BE - STOP ALL THE ANGST; AND IT REALLY NEEDS LESS BELLIGERENCE AND MORE CONSTRUCTIVE DIALOGUE. OF COURSE, I WILL BE FIRST IN LINE FOR THE NEXT ONE.

I'M A FAN BUT...

When this series started, I enjoyed each and every story. With that being said...as of this book, I'm growing a little bored with the same old, same old. The main character's attitude becomes a little hard to take. I don't intend to stop listening but I have put some time between finishing this story and writing this review so that I could determine what surfaces in my memory. I remember two things...the main character was once blind and her so called relationship with the male counterpart is very tiring. It's been 3 months since I last listened to this book and I'm ready to try the next one. I'll review Book 7 soon.
