The narrator voice was unconventional. the story worked, had me really going thru town looking for myself I loved the concept. Just what I needed!

For us beginning in visualization.

This is a perfect starter for those of us getting into visualization. It gives you a lot pointers on how to do it successfully. If you are an avid day dreamer like myself (48 years and still going strong...hahaha) then visualization is a great tool to keep our natural talent more in our control.

Pre-plan what you're gonna do b4 you do it.

This brings back memories of when I was younger and success came easy to me. It was easy because I was remembering how I felt just before I embarked on similar moments like it and was challenged not to make the same mistake twice. However this takes it to another level and is a lot more pro active and easier to enact bc you see what you're gonna do before you start out on the route.You see how it's gonna come down before it actually comes down. You know what to expect before you get into it. It's like setting your intentions/goals route before venturing out. Also it is very relaxing.

Limited practice

Loved the knowledge as I was not familiar with the practice. I wish there were more and different practice scenarios than one or two
