A good chuckle

Hilarious banter!

Great premise. Poorly executed.
I was excited to listen, and I wanted to love it. The humor was really forced. I could tell the author was trying to write witty banter, but it fell flat. Hollie Jackson did the best she could to make up for the cringey humor attempts. But she compensated with an overly dramatic, fast delivery, which also sounded forced.
Very disappointed. I love to laugh, and I love the genre. DNF.

it was alright
I listened to the entire series before leaving a review. This wasn't bad. But I won't be listening to it for a second time. I just personally didn't care much for the protagonist and most of the jokes fell flat to me. The best thing I can say about it was the narration. She is mostly why I finished the series. All in all... I wouldn't say it was bad and to skip it, but there were several times I had to make myself turn it back on to finish it.

okay this was a really good book. I just love rom-com. ❤ 😍, There were parts when the book had me chuckling, And others where I was like yes you go girl. but my favorite thing about this book is what she most afraid 😨 of, not going to say because you have to listen or read the book. I'm telling you're going to love it. can't wait to start the next book in the series. the narrator did an amazing job too.
