Publisher's summary

The case that I make for diversity and inclusion is not just sociological or democratic: it is a business strategy. That is the focus of this book. I developed this framework for corporations and associations. It will show you how to increase your revenues directly, through understanding the pathways that I provide, and by implementing the Big Six Action Plan that I outline, so that you can take a comprehensive and holistic business approach to diversity and inclusion in your own company.

I explain how to ensure a diverse workforce at every level, how to reach a multi-cultural marketplace, and how to include diversity in your image as a way of ensuring the greatest opportunities for growth and expansion.

Most savvy executives today are attuned already to the diversity of the contemporary U.S. marketplace, but with this audiobook, you will also be equipped with all of the most current data and facts regarding American ethnic and racial diversity as it pertains to your product or service.

WOW

Everything it touches is denuded. I fear purging this nonsense will take more than this courageous book.

Good Value

"The case rests on understanding that diversity means more than having a sprinkle of women and a dab of colour, and that the value of diversity is in developing an inclusive workplace--and that means adaptation, not just assimilation and tolerance."

Excellent narrating

This is an excellent book for leaders who want to go beyond training and make organizational change. Author presents the research and case studies of what works, what doesn't work and what lasts in a way that is easy to understand and combines theory with practice. I highly recommend this book.

This book is interesting

I would recommend this book in general while cautioning that some people will not like what the author has to say.

very well

I am a long time facilitator and training for leadership development, but feel like a total novice when beginning to work with groups on diversity and equity. I found this book to be practical, easy to listening and understand, and filled with real examples that I have been seeking. Many thanks!

Good for me

This book addresses the impact that “Diversity” has on the Universities and American culture. Universities are diverting more and more money and power to useless diversity programs. As with any bureaucracy, once these departments are set up they are almost impossible to discard.

Just kept listening

A great buy, informative and it will open your perspective that mishandling the real meaning of the word diversity gives a serious consequences and destructive outcomes. The meaning of Diversity today don't reflect its true agenda, they rejected different ideas and views and with that, you should be outcast and mock.
