Publisher's Summary

The case that I make for diversity and inclusion is not just sociological or democratic: it is a business strategy. That is the focus of this book. I developed this framework for corporations and associations. It will show you how to increase your revenues directly, through understanding the pathways that I provide, and by implementing the Big Six Action Plan that I outline, so that you can take a comprehensive and holistic business approach to diversity and inclusion in your own company.

I explain how to ensure a diverse workforce at every level, how to reach a multi-cultural marketplace, and how to include diversity in your image as a way of ensuring the greatest opportunities for growth and expansion.

Most savvy executives today are attuned already to the diversity of the contemporary U.S. marketplace, but with this audiobook, you will also be equipped with all of the most current data and facts regarding American ethnic and racial diversity as it pertains to your product or service.

A Must Listen

I have a lot of highlighted and bookmarked sections to go back and relisten. Great intro to inclusion rather than the traditional diversity anti-white guy message. Highly recommended.

Great book!

This a book that describes Diversity & Inclusion perfectly and simple, based on a real high pressure environment. This outlook can be applicable to any organization wanting to become more productive, while focusing on the final execution of a task and working as a team... I highly recommend this book.

Good for me

This book addresses the impact that “Diversity” has on the Universities and American culture. Universities are diverting more and more money and power to useless diversity programs. As with any bureaucracy, once these departments are set up they are almost impossible to discard.

Great book

I will say upfront that this book has strong conservative positions. However, I don't believe that such a think should stop people from considering the arguments and evidence presented. You may not agree with the arguments and be able to add to the conversation.

Recommends.

The author targets the universities heavily, and we naively assume the university system exists today for the same purposes it did yesterday. That myth is dismantled in the face of stacks of evidence.

Well done

This is important and people like suffer a lot of personal attacks for having the courage to say what a lot of other people think but remain quiet about. Well done and highly recommended.

Delight to read.

This book is also a defense of the western canon and civilization. In an interesting chapter she discusses the success of the Great Courses program. There clearly is a desire for classical liberal arts education in the United States and private companies are filling the void. Nonfiction bestseller lists are full of biographies of great men and accounts of the Revolution, the Civil War, WWI, WWII and other topics that are rarely taught at the University.

Thanks to creator.

Future is the right term because it will take colleges many generations to recover from their current state of derangement. If it can even be done at all.

amazing

I am familiar with the writings of Heather Mac Donald and possess two of her books. She never disappoints in accurately making her thesis. This book tells it as it truly is.

Good not great.

If you want to ride the current hobby horse which is the pc polemic this book is great. It doesn't go much beyond the standard pitch, but it does come with some new and interesting anecdotes which could only come from the author or someone in her position and with her history.
