Publisher's summary

In a world of connectedness, we sometimes have to get disconnected to be connected.

This audiobook shares some light on some of social media's biggest strengths, weaknesses, and shows you ways to have a safe relationship with social media.

Today's social media is different from what it was made for in the beginning, which was simply connecting the world online. Now, social media is mainly used to keep users on longer, to push as much manipulated content as possible to feed agendas.

Although social media is still not all bad, it is responsible for over 270 million social media addicts and the rise of many new mental health disorders.

This audiobook puts on blast some of the issues most of us practice, then takes you through helpful steps that will disconnect you from social media addiction and reconnect you back to humanity.
