Great book on land investment AND systems!!! I wish Mark would have had someone else read the book but nonetheless his message was clear and straight forward. He provided more than enough information to get started in the land business and ways to quickly automate the business so that the business does not become another job for the investor.

This was a really good listen! A lot of great gems in the chapters and motivating. Also there are many times that Mark provides a realistic example of what not to do and what you can do to become successful land investors. Overall, very satisfied.
