I really enjoyed reading this author.  I look forward to reading more books by this author in the near future.

Enjoyable listen

I loved the narrators!! They do a fantastic job and really get into the characters!
The story itself, I wanted to like more. It’s a sweet read, though the self induced angst didn’t make me like it. The beginning was interesting, but I kept waiting for more to the story. And I didn’t think the story ever got where I wanted until a bunch of self induced problem were finally solved. I did like the ending; it was adorable!!

A good listen

I enjoyed listening to this book but it was a little slow at times and drawn out. I enjoyed the concept and the love story but I don't think it needed to be this long. But I must say the narrator's did a great job bringing this book to life.

Cute!

Light hearted and heavy feels. I enjoyed reading this book and I’m excited to see what else the author has to offer.

Dinosaur lovers unite

Alisha and Quentin are absolutely adorable as they each try to downplay their affections. She has no time for a relationship, what with trying to start a business of her own, working in her grandparents' restaurant and being a general martyr for her family. He is on track for tenure at his job and cannot do anything to get thrown off course. But the heart will not be denied. A great listen, delivered flawlessly by the narrators, generating smiles and laughter throughout. Ms. Blumberg has made my TBR. I'm gonna be Stirring up Love before too long.

Cute premise, but mostly daddy issues

I love dinosaurs. I love stories about people who love dinosaurs. I like reading about bakers, mostly because I can't follow a recipe precisely to save my damn life. And I ADORE BBQ.
CHECK, CHECK AND CHECK! What I didn't expect was a whole saga on daddy issues, I can't be honest to the people I care about most and let me trip over my own damn feet while somehow not building up the rest of the supporting cast. Frustrating to say the least.
If your tastes run to YA romance rather than contemporary bodice rippers, this might be a good book for you.
I finished listening because I like the narrators voices... and spite. and the dinosaur.

Great G rated romance story with real life possibilities. Great narration really brings the story to life and easy to imagine.

grrrrrrrrrrrr!

I can't even get 15 minutes in!!! thus has nothing to do with race!!!! but, you can't have a non-Africian American attempt to adequately deliver a storyline based on black people... I can't even take this seriously!!!!! so disappointed in a credit losses on this!!!! SMH
