Love wins all

I so lived this story!!!!
It's black Hills wolves how can you not love it.
Ross and Darcy make one hell of a couple.
Fast paced story with really interesting characters and lots of anguishe and action this book is a great addition to the series.
Further more this book is hot hot hot.
I really enjoyed listening to it and the narrator was amazing besides a few moments that I felt that Darcy was to my ears very child like.

I have been craving a good werewolf book. I absolutely loved this story. I was bummed to see how much of a quick listen it was. I am craving more of Russ and Darcy!!
Loved the narration by Simone Gayuma! She does a good male voice!

3.5* - simple and sweet shapeshifter romance

3.5* for the story and 4.5* for the narration

The narration was great, no major complaints. I gave the story between three and four stars. It was a simple and sweet shapeshifter romance. The hero is a very nice, honourable shifter. The heroine is gorgeous. They fall in insta-love. The major tension is resolved with head-scratching ease. Some menacing bad guys popped onto the scene towards the end of the book, but they're defeated pretty much instantly and become insta-loyal to the heroine. And the couple live happily ever after. Simple, sweet, easy read with some spicy scenes added. It was forgettable but not regrettable - it reminded me of many hours spent reading Mills & Boon/ Harlequin/ Silhouette novels during the 80s and 90s (but featuring shapeshifters and more saucy romantic scenes). Speaking of saucy romantic scenes, there was a scene in this story where the couple tussled on a kitchen surface and sent a laptop crashing to the floor. In the book, the laptop survived without a scratch. I've had a laptop fall off an 18" coffee table and the carnage done to the screen made my stomach lurch with dread. The characters ignored their laptop crash - which made the story suddenly unrealistic and unbelievable to me! ;)

Good narration

This book had really good narration and an interesting shifter story. I had a bit of a hard time getting into this story but ended up enjoying it.
