Difference of opinions

This is a good story of what happens when a doctor that cares for his patients has to fight the new hospital CEO when he tries cutting costs. Carter Idoni is a well-respected doctor that could be working anywhere but wants to stay at Silver Oak. Finn Riley is trying to prove something to his mentor and his parents as he takes over as CEO at Silver Oak and has to work on integrating it into the corporation.

When their hormones get in the way, Finn recommends hooking up to work it out of their system. Of course, nothing really goes to plan. After pregnancy and miscarriage, it takes a while for them to get back to normal, but they finally get past it. Add in an ex-boyfriend, a new job offer, and a few media-worthy events, there's quite a bit going on.

This is my first audiobook by Corey and he did a really good job. It was easy to distinguish between the characters and he did a good job of voicing the frequent arguments.

Overall good story

This was a really long audio listen, and while I really enjoyed it, the beginning dragged on a bit for me. I get that the author was trying to get us to really get a feel for who Finn and Carter were as people, but most of the first half I just hated Finn. He was such an arrogant jerk, and I couldn't see anything really redeeming about him. After a long while, Finn finally got a bit of a clue and started to act more human. Unfortunately, it took some time of poor Carter feeling like he had no choice to fall for Finn's charms, and he really struggled with acknowledging he was worth more than he felt. I loved the resolution and was glad to see Paul and Carter finally become friends. Overall, I thought the beginning was too frustrating and long, Carter was adorable and I loved him, Finn got better after a while and I ended up liking him after almost hating him. The narrator did a great job. Solid 4 stars.

Great story

Overall I enjoyed Deliver Me. I’m a huge fan of the enemies to lovers trope and this one didn’t disappoint. Even I started off disliking Finn just like Carter but I loved seeing love transform these two men. I was happy with the narrator. He keep good pace and I liked most of his voices.

Doctors And Babies

This is the first book in The Silver Oak Medical Center Series. A fantastic book the writing was good. The plot was entertaining and it was steady throughout the book. I found the story and characters captivating. The characters were developed and thought out. Carter is an Omega and Finn is an Alpha and they are the MC’s of this book. The narration was expressive and enjoyable. I can recommend this book as a good read/listen. I voluntarily read an advance copy of this book for an honest review.

Interesting story, narrated well.

This was an interesting story and it was told well. The narrator did a good job with the story and was able to keep me listening. I wasn't a huge fan of Finn and this is the first book where I never really felt like one of the MCs was redeemed but I was happy to see Carter get the ending he wanted. One of the side characters, Tom, could have died a fiery death and I would have been okay with that. Overall it was a good, well written story.

Good start to the series

Finn is a bit of an oblivious jerk and Poor Carter, it's an inerestingbut kind of sad story that dragged a little getting to the good stuff, I wish we were able to see the relationship in it's happy place more than we did but overall a good listen with a great narrator.

Enemies to Lovers

Deliver Me by Aiden Bstes is an Mpreg Romance and the first book in The Silver Oak Medical Center series. this is an enemies to lovers book.

I found certain parts of this story very emotional. I also found myself wanting to smack certain characters... but I always enjoyed the story... it was entertaining and kept me listening. Carter and Finn didn't have a sweet mushy love and that's okay.. I still rooted forvtgem to figure it out and wanted to read more about the people around them. Overall I thought the story was great.

The narrator, Corey H Bennson, did a great job bringing these characters to life. The narrating helped further my enjoyment of the story. Great job!
