Wow. What a breath of fresh air. This is actually real, unapologetic history of the crusades here. Or rather, noted standouts who have stood the test of time. Raymond Ibrahim is a man who makes no apologies God bless him. He’s one in a billion today. We need more writers and historians like him. This book will have history buffs who long for the unadulterated truth cheering.

Ibrahim’s scholarship on these men is unparalleled. These histories should be taught to all young people to help establish not only who these great Defenders of the West were, but who we are today. A must read for any who wish to unveil the events of the past that have been purposefully omitted from modern education.

In the end, we win.

It’s time for the west to wake up and defend. Look into the past to help us know what we are up against.

Fantastic overview!

Really enjoyed listening to this audiobook. Ibrahim does such a good job of bringing to the modern light history not discussed in society or school. If any of these historical figures are discussed, the running societal themes are seemingly intentionally misleading. So glad Ibrahim uses his abilities and position to put these figures in proper context. Great complement to Sword and Scimitar, too.
