Big sister I never had

Dolly Alderton has to be my favorite author ever. I had never felt so much support and love from someone I didn’t know until I read her book, Everything I Know About Love. I’m in my early twenties and the eldest daughter and I never had anyone to look up to or to ask for advice I always had to figure things out on my own. Dolly has become that big sister I never had. She speaks so plainly and simply and reassures me when I’m going through something. Her books are truly about girlhood and they bring me so much comfort. Definitely would recommend listening to this book and her other book, she’s amazing.

love dollys voice just really brings so much life to the book, I really enjoyed specifically listening to this book. Don’t know if i would’ve gotten the same out of it if i just read it as usual.
