Publisher's Summary

Valerie Davis is dead...very dead. The widower, a prominent business exec, has good reason to keep his personal life private, but he's not the only one - not by a long shot.

As Ray Schiller of the Widmer, MN. P.D. joins Minneapolis Detective Dick Waverly to target the killer, the body count rises. Ray's career and personal life are in the balance when, in the midst of the case, he becomes the subject of an Internal Affairs investigation. The devil is in the details, and he soon learns the details aren't what anyone expected.

Absolutely loved the MN references. Familiar last names of people, stores and towns all brought back memories of living in WI/MN area. The plot, although satisfying, left me wanting to start the next Ray Schiller series.
