Cy Wakeman teaches straightforward strategies in which this time and energy can be re-commissioned and put toward the value that hired talent is intended to provide.

Helpful examples are of dialogues
I found the sample dialogues helpful. You present HR as someone who will advocate for the employee when in reality HR is there to protect the company. I don’t think I would go to HR. You offer other solutions to implement. Thank you. Will listen a couple times more.

its okay, not great
The main issue with this audiobook is that it only gives you some examples of what you should do at work in any case, but it does not give you the structure or formula how to manage conflicts more effectively.
Its main advice is: if you are with difficult people, leave the company or fire the difficult person. Dont go and ask for help from other persons since it is never working and you will lose this game.
