good story

good story with a storyline to match, along with a diverse cast of characters. I enjoyed the whole series and the twist of the plot.

HORRIBLE NARRATOR great story

I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it… the choice of a proper English/British narrator for a series of GREAT zompoc stories taking place in the Carolina low country is unforgivable!! Terrell is a black man from Tennessee so it makes no sense to have him sound EASTERN EUROPEAN! Austin is from Boston and the narrator makes him sound IRISH!

PLEASE HAVE PJ MORGAN NARRATE THE WHOLE SERIES! It makes me so upset having to listen to this wanker try to emulate southern accents. Find a beginner if it costs too much just make a change! Please!

Was good

Love the series. Wish PJ Morgan was narrating. But it's still an outstanding story.

Yeah it’s a no

I tried, I wasn’ going to finish the series after the narrator change for books 1-6 but by the time I finished listening I changed my mind and decided to keep going (character investment) 7-12 the narrator was bearable so I went ahead to books 13-18 ….. the narrator gets worse! All the characters sound completely different in each chapter, I have no idea which character is supposed to be which. Terrell has his weird accent in one chapter then it’s gone in the next, Noname went from having a gruff voice in book 17 to a overly deep voice in book 18, Coleman now sounds like Noname did in book 17. It’s just so bad I have to stop now it really is too confusing to try to keep up with the constant character voices changes.
I’m actually listening as I type this … guess what? Terrell’s weird accent is back lol
