Very rich in the value of data as it pertains to DEI
If you are a leader, DEI practitioner, or just curious about ways to leverage data to make places more inclusive, this book is for you. If you appreciate numbers and frameworks that allow you to assess and strategize, this book provides a lot of content to equip you on that journey.
