Publisher's Summary

When Kian confesses his true nature, Syssi is not as much shocked by the revelation as she is wounded by what she perceives as his callous plans for her. If she doesn't turn, he'd be forced to erase her memories and let her go. His family's safety demands secrecy - no one in the mortal world is allowed to know that immortals exist. Resigned to the cruel reality, Syssi is determined to enjoy what little time she has with Kian, one day at a time.

Kian and Syssi's story culminates in Dark Stranger Immortal, and the characters embark on a new adventure in book four: Dark Enemy Taken.

Ok

I know a lot of people love this series but I have no patience for it I prefer the instant love it is taking way to long for the heroine and hero to even get together it is kinda annoying yes they had sex but The Whole we cant be together is getting really old especially since it is already the 3rd book I got bored and stop reading it

Three books with Syssi and Kian getting together

I liked the stories of Kian and Syssi but they are very long and even after 3 books there is still more to tell. i'm debating whether to continue on to Amanda and Dalhu's story.... but not sure i want to go through 3 books to get there?

Wow!

This is my 3rd book in the series. Such wonderful story telling. I am not able to put this down. I feel that the ending leaves you on a cliff hanger that you must get the next book.

Kian and Syssi finale

This is a paranormal romance series and the third in the Children of the Gods series, and a continuation of Dark Stranger Revealed. The story of Kian and Syssi continues. With the big Reveal out of the way now the drama couple has to begin to make things work, while waiting to see if she is able to transition. If you are wanting a non-addicting and boring romance this series is not for you. Ms. Lucas spins a good tale and keeps you on your toes with wit and twists. Buckle up and enjoy the ride.

could be better

This series takes too long to develop the story. I continue to listen because I want it to get better. The concept is really good but the original relationship took three books to finally develop. This is unfair to the readers to have to purchase three books before any satisfaction.

Love the story

I love all the books in this series but I hate the way it's read.. It makes the women sound like weak foolish women. It needs a women to read the parts and I don't care for the male voice either.. If you change the reader it would be an awesome amazing book.

Not as interesting as the first book

Ok so the first book intrigued me enough for me to purchase the second. The second lacked much in the way of big events but I decided to give the third one a go because I still like the overall idea. However, I’ve not been as drawn in by the third one either. At only 7 hours long I wonder if some of these books would’ve been better combined together to make less books that are longer with more happening in them. I don’t think I will be continuing with the series because for a 7 hour audiobook with not much happening I can’t justify the price. It’s definitely not terrible, the narrator is fine not exceptional but perfectly fine to listen to and the story isn’t bad, the idea itself is great. Unfortunately the whole thing is just a bit mediocre.
