Not what I was expecting

Narration was ok but it didn’t cover a lot of examples of how one would use this in conversation. Rather it spent time on famous psychopaths who used manipulation or what I should do if I’m being manipulated. Not what I was looking for.

Great to listen.

Same as the author, I want to have a great life and am looking for it. Great to listen to this book and found a lot of practical ways. Yes, procrastination is a kind of self-discipline and self-control issue. I am going to take further steps as to what the author told. I appreciate his effort.
