Sweet but Unoriginal

The plot of the story wasn’t very original, but it was still sweet enough to listen to and enjoy. Quinn and Austin had really good chemistry oh and the baby came along, it just made it so much more adorable. There’s nothing more sexier than watching a dad with his baby daughter.

Joe and Erin did a great job performing the roles of Austin and Quinn.

Love a good office romance!

Sports agent, Austin Prescott, has been lusting after his Executive Assistant ever since they shared a steamy kiss a year ago. It’s becoming harder to resist Quinn but she’s determined to keep her distance. That all changes when Austin finds a baby and note on his doorstep claiming that the baby girl is his. Quinn comes to the rescue and temporarily moves in to help care for baby Jenny. Things escalate between Austin and Quinn but she has sworn not to have children after being forced to help raise her siblings. Can there be an HEA for this pair?

Surprise Baby and the Office Assistant

Dare to Resist by Carly Phillips is among the many books of hers I purchased but never read. This book was well written and kept me enthralled until the end. It is about a sports agent and his office assistant. Their romance story was woven around many family members that made it more realistic. I Love Carly Phillips’ books. I am ready to read and listen to the next book in this series while I await her newest book coming out next week, Just One Taste.

Good book

Did not care for the Foul language,when talking about body parts! There is no need for it!

Cute Story

I loved being brought back to the Dare family. I really enjoyed reading this book. It was a fun, easy read. Austin and Quinn are so cute together. I was only disappointed the book was not longer.

Very good

This book was so good. I would recommend it highly. So much better read by person than some that use computer generated words.

Just not a huge pregnancy or mother fan

The spicy things are super spicy which is great, I just tried this book out because I wasn’t sure how I liked pregnancy tropes. Not my style but it is a great book, narrators did great, and some pretty big questions are asked.

A new branch of Dare cousins extend the series

A baby brings a sports agent and his capable career minded assistant together in a pleasant romance. Very little drama, just a nice story with a blending of some of the original Dare family and new characters. Great narration as well.

You can't resist it

A Sexy and smart listen. Austin and Quinn have instant chemistry and Joe Arden and Erin Mallon deliver it perfectly as always.
Austin depends on Quinn as his personal assistant but when a baby is mysteriously delivered to his doorstep he really needs her. Their long time lust heats up as they work together to care for the infant, as they fall in love with each other they also fall in love with this child. Very enjoyable listen.
