Common Sense, Very Informative

It's not Rocket Science it's Self Storage people, the book is very simple in its delivery as it reinforces all the things you already know but in a way where its being taught to you for the first time.

Start up self storage owner here… Breaking ground in less than a month on my first units and this book is full of golden nuggets of advice. Much of which is totally applicable for practically any brick and mortar business. Well written. Easy format. Will likely purchase a hard copy just to tab and make notes in. 👍👍

He makes a few good points in this book but doesn't give a lot of great practical advice or knowlege.
