I am excited to help you begin your journey to inspire, mentor, and lead our youth and athletes outside of the classroom!
The focus of this book is to provide you, the listener, with best practices for working with youth and athletes outside of the classroom environment. There are too many kids and athletes not receiving the support they need mentally, academically, behaviorally, and emotionally.
As educators, parents, and community members it is important for us to increase our positive interactions with the youth and athletes within our community to help them experience success across the board. When kids and athletes are mentally balanced, they can become productive members of their communities which can include volunteering, mentoring younger kids, building their own businesses, and much more.
This book will provide you with best practices and strategies in the areas of behavior analysis, data collection, health and well-being, undiscovered and untapped potential, families, community, and teamwork. After listening to this book, you will have compiled your own tool kit of best practices for inspiring the youth and athletes in your life and community to grow and develop into successful members of everyone’s community.
