I've worked with animals for several years and have always thought to myself there's got to be a better way. Working for someone else I would constantly say these dogs need to be worked with but we were unable to talk to customers. So in the beginning of the year after listening to this Podcast for quite a while I decided to open a business And apply everything I have been listening to.. I do not sell a product (groomed dog) i sell a service (my skills). My motto is not every dog will be perfectly groomed but they will be perfectly happy we will work our way to the perfectly groomed dog. I now talk to my customers every day about what to expect from my service if a dog is unable to remain calm and comfortable then we will work on it, I charge for my time and I have a terrific customer base and enjoy my job. I'm also now pursuing training. thank you Chrissy 😊
