Depends on what you're looking for...
I was disappointed with these meditations. They are each about 45 minutes long and the first 35 minutes in each track is basically progressive muscle relaxation. A lot of it is very repetitive. There are only about 5-7 minutes or so of "connection" with baby and it is repetitive as well. If you like guided imagery meditations and progressive muscle relaxation, then this will be great for you. I understand why she does it, but I was hoping for less of that and more deep thought/connection with my baby. Not for me, will be returning.
