When a Nile crocodile is stolen from an animal hospital by a pair of black-market smugglers, little do they know their luck is about to turn for the worse when they accidentally wreck their transport van into a car of drug dealers carrying a synthetically altered street drug.

What happens next is hell on earth when the croc ingests the dangerous drug, becoming an unstoppable killing machine hell-bent on devouring everything in its path, including the residents of a nearby campground and trailer park, in search for food and more of the addictive orange-colored crack.
