Publisher's Summary

Cowboy Fairytales: The Complete Collection includes all five romances in this series.

From book one in the Cowboy Fairytales series from a USA Today best-selling author:

A princess on the run finds sanctuary where she least expects it....

After nearly dying in an assassination attempt, Princess Alessandra of Glorvaird escapes to a place no one would ever think to look for her: small-town Oklahoma and a ranch staffed by a herd of woolly, uncouth cowboys. One cowboy in particular gets under her skin, until she sees his softer side. She knows this interlude can’t last forever, but that doesn’t stop her from wishing it might....

Former Navy SEAL Gideon Hale might’ve rescued the princess from freezing to death, but the soldier doesn’t trust easily - or at all - especially when his gut tells him Alessandra is keeping secrets. But as Alessandra begins to fit into his life, he discovers another side to the princess - one that he can’t help but like.

When Alessandra’s enemies close in, Gideon must fight to save the woman who has become so much more than a princess....

Misinformation

Had to stop reading when a character was diagnosed with 'terminal MS.' MS is NOT a terminal disease. And since it can go into spontaneous remission, having 'his doctors' give him a year to live is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG. Could not listen to this, no matter how good the writer is,

Great Read

Cowboy Fairytales: The Complete Collection was a great read by Lacy Williams. This book consisted of five books; Once Upon a Cowboy, Cowboy Charming, The Toad Prince, The Beastly Princess and the Lost Princess. This series followed the Royal Family of Glorvaird. I absolutely loved reading these books and can’t wait to rad more by Lacy Williams.

An enjoyable set of stories

I’ve listened to this collection several times and enjoyed it every time. While I like some of the stories more than others, there isn’t one that I don’t like. I appreciate that Lacy Williams let fairytales influence the stories, but not dictate the plot. The stories are fresh and uplifting.

Once Upon a Cowboy

This set includes a series of five interrelated romances, each featuring a different member of the central royal family but describing an overall story arc. While each novel can be read alone, they are much more delightful together. Lara Asmundson's expert narration brings the characters to life as you are swept into the trials and tribulations of a kingdom you will wish existed, and its ruling family. Author Lacy Williams has created a series of modern fairy tales with filled with imagination, interesting characters and intriguing plots.

All four novellas in one bundle!

I enjoyed the Cowboy Fairytales series. I bought all of them. When I saw that they were all bundled together, I bought this too. Lacey Williams does an amazing job putting a modern spin on some classic fairytales, and then throwing in a cowboy twist. If you love happily ever after, finding love in unexpected places, and maybe the idea of a princess mucking out a stall, you're going to love these stories.

Fairytales come alive in a totally new setting...

Once Upon A Cowboy What a great introduction to this delightfully sweet romance series! And you just can't go wrong with a story featuring cowboys AND a dash of danger and intrigue. Cowboy Charming Of the two I have listened to so far I think this one was my favorite – I loved the twist on the old Cinderella fairytale! Definitely an enchanting and romantic story! The Toad Prince The title is perfect because the hero really starts out as a toad! But a sweet Texas gal totally changes his mind...and heart. This book is charming addition to the series! The Beastly Princess I think this was the story I was waiting for, to finally find out more about the disagreeable sister and the cowboy that would win her heart. And what an endearing story it was! The Lost Princess At long last readers/listeners get to find out about the missing princess and the cop who loves her. I enjoyed this one a lot because of the strong suspense thread! Overall This collection is a fun escape from the humdrum of everyday life and into the world of princesses and knights in Stetsons, not shining armor. Each one is a fairly quick read, or as in my case, listen. I listened to the audiobook version of Cowboy Fairytales: The Complete Collection and I really enjoyed it. The narration was good, in fact, the same person narrated the entire collection which lent an air of continuity. Sweet cowboy romance with a dash of whimsy and suspense. If you are looking for a good, clean, read or listen with a touch of faith, definitely check out this neat series from Lacy Williams. (I received a copy of this audiobook from the author/publisher. All opinions are entirely my own.)

Cowboy Fairutales

Once Upon A Cowboy: I loved this story! The story is fast paced, with some action and suspense. It's a story you want to finish all in one sitting. It's a fresh look at cowboys and princesses! The audio really brings the story to life.

Cowboy Charming: I love that the engagement ball was included in this story it really brought some of book one into the story and created a familiar feeling. And the boot incident reminded me of Cinderella in reverse!

The Toad Prince: This sweet and innocent young lady meets a broken prince, who has only ever need love and trust! Together the 2 fill so many empty spots in each other's hearts!

Beastly Princess: Eloise has lost all confidence in her self. Ever since the accident that left her scared she has hid behind her scars and turned herself into a raging monster. Along comes Cody, who see scars as badges of honor. Now he must help her realize it!

The Lost Princess: Kylie feels lost after her mothers death. She is retracing a life spent somewhat on the run with her mother trying to make sense of it all. She returns to a place she most feels like is home. After running into her old childhood friend that never forgot her her campsite gets destroyed. And its her old friend that must keep her safe from what they don't know.

The audio was fantastic on all the book great job!
