Best informative.

Knowledge is the key to happiness. For me, this book was very enlightening in understanding and dealing with menopause. Well written and easy to comprehend. I refer back to it often.

Great Book.

Every woman should listen this book LONG before any changes start to occur in her body for perimenopause! It tells how to prevent some symptoms and how to live with any once they start. The book just helps all women learn about the natural process of aging in our bodies.

Amazing.

I was well into Menopause and she suggested I get this book. She said she found it very informative. I haven't had the chance to get through it all just yet but It is an interesting listen.

Not very informative

Very monotone reading. Learned nothing new I didn’t already know by googling about Menopause. Recommends soy which I’ve been told to avoid as it can be cancer causing as well. Save your money and time.

Impressed.

This is the book I have been waiting for on the subject of menopause and women's health. It covers a great deal of ground on subjects both mundane and complex, all in one place. Within its covers you will find answers to questions you should ask, questions you did not think to ask, and questions you might be embarrassed to asked.
