Running. Hiding. Surviving. Neil Jordan and Dr. Caldwell lead the small band of desperate survivors through the hellish undead maelstrom. With their refuge compromised and behind them, Dr. Caldwell and the others including young Jules and Danny place their faith and their lives squarely in Neil’s hands.

Anchorage, once Alaska’s largest city, lay in ruins. Now a threatening maze of death, the city is firmly in the chilling grips of a frightening and expanding zombie horde. With life and death hanging on every decision, Neil tries to navigate the perils as best as he is able. Never far from his mind is the hope that this nightmare has been contained and there still exists a sane world free of infection.

First, they must survive and escape...

Reseñas editoriales

In Containment: Alaskan Undead Apocalypse, Book 2, narrated by Daniel May with a baritone always bordering on the edge of suspense, the human-flesh-eating zombies have taken over the ruined city of Anchorage and have claimed the surrounding rugged terrain as their own to wreak havoc over every living thing.

A group of gutsy and resourceful survivors, led by Neil Jordan and Dr. Caldwell, must cross deep into the bloody wreckage of death and despair in an all-or-nothing last chance at finding a place free from the horrific reign of the undead.

A solidly entertaining zombie adventure.

I appreciate that most of the characters trash talk the Bible but I am so sick of constantly hearing Bible thumpers in the real world and people that buy into that garbage, I use these books as an escape and hearing constant people in this story preaching is just obnoxious. I realized that there's people like that in real life but the Bible story is fiction, I don't need to read another fiction book to hear about Bible trash. and all the talk of three and the trinity, reminded me too much of Adrian's undead diary. don't get me wrong this story is not bad. it was enjoyable enough and I'm going to probably listen to all of them but every single zombie story has to have some type of biblical cult or Bible thumpers and it's just annoying. I don't want to hear about that crap anymore than I already have to. it's bad enough that people actually believe that stuff to begin with in the real world I don't need my zombie stories to be filled with it too. but it's sad the story was enjoyable but now that I hear that they include the animals getting the virus and passing it along even if it's different and almost like rabies with them, I immediately stop reading any book on zombies that has the animals infecting people also. there is no way in hell that humanity would be able to even have a fighting chance for more than like, a week if animals could get it too. there's too many effin animals and it just takes away all the fun because as much as I can suspend disbelief, I just can't do it with the animals getting infected. no way. horrible addition and it's sad because everything else was going really good in this book and I liked it. and that ruined it for me.

Too much Bible trash

The first and last hour were okay but everything between was soooo boring. I kept hoping for a story but it was more like hours of descriptions of things that didn't matter. There was too much conversation and not enough happening for hours and hours. I almost stopped listening but wanted to give an accurate review. This is the worst zombie book I've read.

Shallow story + filler = boring

Nothing bugs me more when a story teller can’t pronounce places and things. Being from Alaska, I cringed each time I heard these places mispronounced.

Ugh! Pronunciation!!!!!
