During each book, I grieved this ending. I didnt want Lia and Adrians story to end. I loved them SO much. But they had the ending of all endings *without a spoiler*
There were so many awesome things happening. So many questions answered, so many smiles from me. The sex was even hotter, the family was getting even happier, I loved that Lia protected Adrian just as much as Adrian protected her. They were a match made in pure heaven. I am still trying to decide if I like Lia's epilogue better than Adrians epilogue. SO. SO. SO. GOOD. I even caught myself smiling at that little "papa" comment. Gahhh.

You know a books good when you want to immediately gab about it when you finish it, but I just won’t fill this review with spoilers. This Trilogy is sincerely great read and will forever be a reread for me, without a doubt! :D

What a job well done, hearing this book in audio makes it all the more impactful for me. Hands down Lia & Adrian are my most favorite couple to ever be written by Rina Kent. I honestly never want to see this couple’s story end, I’ve grown attached! Lol

CONSUMED I MOST DEFINITELY WAS.. 10 ⭐️ EPICNESS

So, as I sit here and look back over the eight volatile years Adrian and Lia have been together, I want to go back to the very beginning and listen to the whole turbulent well-written tale again. It was addictive, all-consuming, intense, suspenseful, passion-filled, hot, heavy and deliciously dark as secrets and revelations slowly fit into place.. or got reshaped into the perfect piece.

The story Rina Kent has delivered is pure genius with its gripping chapters where there were too many secrets, too many assumptions, too many walls, too many explosive feelings and too many verbal daggers thrown meant to harm and hurt. This was a tornado of tempers where emotions, lust, danger, possession, obsession, love, distrust, jealousy, mental fatigue and love gets tossed up, broken and hurled to the floor to shatter and break. And the piecing together was a creative work of genius.

Worth a credit? Absolutely yes.. an epic Trilogy not to be missed and the dual POV narration by Desireé and Jason was 5 star perfection all the way through.

Wow! 🤯 Okay so if you haven't already started this series, you should. If you love dark, bratva, conspiracy, dub-con, action, twists and turns, emotional rollercoaster, and thought provoking stories then this is for you! ❤ Omg! What a satisfying conclusion! I love the story arc for Lia and Adrian is the BEST hubby! Jason and Desiree were perfection! ❤

Pretty Good

Book three neatly answered all of the remaining questions left open in the first two books. The narrators did a fantastic job with characters. If there is one word to describe this series, It would be “intense.”

This series deserves more than 5 stars. It was so good. In the years that Liz and Adrian have been married, things have not been easy. Adrian is obsessed with her. He is a dominant alpha. Adrian's motives will come to light. We also find out more about her friend Luca and his role in the trilogy. He is not what he seems and definitely not the friend Lia thought he was. This was a great series that I highly recommend. The ending was very sweet. Jason Clarke and Desireé Ketchum did a great job with the narration.

My goodness!!!!!!!His voice...melt. the story swoon. the passion. the love..So worth reading. the story fits perfectly. Adrian is my book boyfriend now.

Happy to finish the Trilogy

I began to listen to the story. Jason and Desiree are always amazing. I loved Lia and Adrian. It was nice to see their journey over the years. To be completely honest I did not quite understand the part with Winter. Not quite sure why she was added into the story. I was confused but that part but overall I enjoyed the story. Nice that the trilogy was released in a timely way so did not need to wait too long. To finish the story I did read the rest to get all done today.

This boy needs help

So dark and happy for Lia being into that, to each his own. Her development was nail-biting but all hail the queen! Hoped to see Adrian in a LOL moment in the end though... he still has a long way to go (always so in control, just lose is with your wife ffs) Great series, great writer, couldn't relate with the characters this time, sorry x

A brilliant trilogy!

Consumed By Deception is the gripping conclusion to the brilliant Deception Trilogy. Every time I thought I knew where the storyline was going there’d be an exciting twist or turn that I never saw coming.
Adrian maintained his complex and difficult character traits throughout and I ended up falling for him… hard! Rina Kent is a new to me author and I’m excited to read more of her books.

Baring in mind this is the conclusion to a trilogy this is going to be the barest of reviews. What I enjoyed about this was far more chapters in Adrian's POV and how nail bitingly tense it was. We get a tonne of answers to the questions raised in previous books and we also get more of the angst, the spice and the dynamic between Adrian and Lia. If dark mafia books are your gig, then give this trilogy a chance, but be prepared to go on a journey. I volunteered to listen and review a complimentary copy of this. All opinions are my own.
