Latino narrator gave a unique listening experience

Novel listening experience kept me engaged. Took some time to warm up to it but it was like music to my ears as I continued listening.

Awesome Read - True to the core

Makes so much practical sense and we just do not connect the dots when it can be so easy. I honestly believe it is that learned behavior from our youth, our parents and poor authority examples that gets in the way most of the time.

Genuinely, the best book I've ever read.

This isn't another self-help book. It is a cure to the anxiety that we all face as we live and work in this world. Thank you, Fred, for taking the time to write and narrate this incredible gift to the world!

This book is great for people facing difficult

This book is great for people facing difficult conversations! I listened to this book from beginning to end and I will change the way I do business with people in regards to communication. The author goes through being conscious while taking with people, groups and our families. They go through all the little pitbulls which causes issues in conversations with people. By not paying attention to what we're telling people we inadvertently set the wrong standard or example. Listening to this book it is clear why I ask so many questions as well as why I make sure I could understand something before agreeing to it. Listen to this book once, then again and your life through communication will change dramatically! This is also a great book I would say goes along with the book Difficult Conversations which I've heard about, but haven't read yet!
