Mostly common sense, some good tips
I find the narrator's voice relaxing, but the content was mostly common sense. This may be helpful for people completely new to the real estate scene, like never even watched a TLC home reno show kind of new. For the price he did have one or two tips I hadn't thought about.

An Absolute must read! Valuable information!
Wow what an eye opener! I learned so much helpful information made pages of notes. Seriously I never thought about phone reception in a unit that’s so important especially if you work from home. This is a must read if you are looking to purchase a condo.
