Great book

When I saw the audio book, I was concerned that it would be narrated by someone else and was happy to hear Peter’s own voice. It felt more natural as if he were just talking.

The information is great, a nice survey of CRE with several nice indicators and tips to use.

Subpar delivery

The author could’ve spent a bit more time, refining his delivery thereby causing the material to be subpar

Easy read with great principles of CRE.

Would recommend this book if you’re considering a career in commercial real estate. Information was easily digestible.

Good for beginners

Good, really basic information for beginners, teaching the industry jargon and the thought process of an investor. Encouraging those who’ve not invested in commercial real estate that anyone can do it. Poor performance.

Great foundational learning book

Good for newbies to learn the basic concepts and flow of purchasing true commercial real estate

A little hard to listen to

the way it was narrated was more like a podcast than a book. hard to listen to at times with repetition, ums and coughs. Could have done better. Material was overall good.
