Narrators brought the characters to life

The last person Colt ever thought he would see again would be the one he let walk out of his life, so when Siobhán needs to be rescued he has no choice but to help her. But with close quarters the two remember the spark they once had, will it be enough to keep them alive? Or will it be the one thing that causes Colt to flounder? With beautiful characters that were perfectly narrated, Bella Stone once again gives her listeners exactly what they had hoped for. I cannot wait to see what this series has in store for us next.

Book 3 The Four X's Group La Spezia story of Colt McKinley and Siobhan Tierney. This one had the best adventure and drama filled page turner. This one had the best second chance love story. The way Siobhan takes care of the bad guys was hilarious.

The third book in this six-part series is a compelling read that held my interest from start to finish. Centering on Colt McKinley, the story follows his journey to Pakistan to find Siobhán Tierney fifteen years after she left him. As the only one capable of saving her, Colt must confront his greatest fears and his past. This well-written tale features excellent characters, suspense, and unexpected twists, effectively illustrating how war reveals heroes and how loss changes a person. It is a dramatic, high-stakes story that concludes with a satisfying happy ending. I enjuoyed listening to Betty Black, and Jonathan Lake narrate their story.
