A must read for anyone serious about their real estate business.

I had the opportunity to participate in one of Josh's commercial real estate classes recently, which motivated me to purchase this book. Unlike the repetitive advice I've encountered throughout my 8-year journey in real estate, Josh brings fresh, detailed insights to the table. During our class, he challenged me to explain a concept, and my response, albeit straightforward, lacked depth and failed to reflect my understanding. Josh, on the other hand, provided an answer brimming with specifics, highlighting the critical importance of not only knowing your subject matter but also presenting it in a way that reassures clients of your expertise. Josh’s book is a treasure trove of wisdom and relatable anecdotes. Thank you, Josh, for generously sharing your knowledge. This book is truly inspiring to me. Great book for any and all real estate agents!

very insightful! I must read for all new agents. if this was a required reading after real estate agents get their license, agents would have a better reputation and would be more prepared to work in this industry. Brokers should require reading or listening to this book to their agents. This book will set you up for success! thanks Josh! I enjoyed your class too!

Just Great!

Josh taught a class I was in and he was fantastic. Like, furiously taking notes, fantastic. I just had to get his book. It’s not just concepts, but examples and real ways to implement the information in your day to day business. Highly recommend!
